Another snowy week, another week with snow days. We are now shoveling to make room for new snow, snow banks are taller than us.
We started the week Sunday with snow (of course) and a tour of Taza Chocolate in Somerville - a must do! Monday was another snow day, kids home from school, but due to orthodontic appointments we had to head into town. This allowed me to stand in the middle of Main Street and take a shot. Not too many times I'll get that chance again.
With another snow day on Tuesday, my daughter decided to see what it's like to jump rope in snow - it's HARD with boots on!
Wednesday, I received surprise flowers from my son. All on his own he used his teen account debit card to order his mom some flowers - what a great heart he has! Thursday, my daughter wrapped up her homemade valentines for her class. They turned out so cute - animal envelopes stuffed with goodies, complete with ears made from various duct tapes.
My son had a planned surgery Friday (promised not to photograph his face) and then more snow Saturday. I have always loved the clock tower at Phillips Academy and it looked so pretty with the vast snow covered landscape in front of it.
As I write it's snowing - again - and this time another 12+ inches. Kids and dogs don't mind! Happy Valentine's Day!
