Where I mainly focus on newborns, children and families, it's not often I get a request for headshots.  When Jennessa from Celebrate Studios and Just Jennessa reached out and was up for an outdoor winter headshot shoot, I was super excited for the opportunity!  

I plan my winter sessions very loosely - we have lucked out with temps in the Boston area, but even for the sessions where bundling up fits in with the style, we want to keep temps at a certain level with low wind and little to no precipitation.  So with Jennessa, we did the same.  We targeted a week and put a plan A and plan B on the calendar and sure enough, we got hit with a snowstorm and ended up with "plan B" and I'm so glad we did.  The afternoon winter light was just perfect and added a beautiful boost to her images.
